Refund Policy

This policy applies to online payments made to Joburgstyle Media House Pty Ltd (trading as JoburgStyle Events & Promotions) for event and talent quotes.

30-day refund window

You can request a full refund of any online payment within 30 days of the payment date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Online payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at bookings@joburgstyle.co.za and we will help you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Refunds are also governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
